Adrian Watson

Adrian works nationally with public sector clients to help them make the most of their property and places.  He is an award-winning project leader with an extensive track record of delivering complex multi-agency programmes and projects and has worked with clients in both Central and Local Government.  He is known for his hands on leadership and ability to unlock challenging regeneration, education and economic development programmes and projects, often in challenging environments.  Clients have described him as having an “unwavering dedication and tenacity to achieve the best programme or project outcome”.

Russell Eacott

Russell has experience of working in the public, charity and private sectors in the UK, Europe and far east. With a specialism in large and complex capital programmes in regeneration, schools and property including historic buildings he has led many multi- disciplinary teams to successful outcomes in local and central government. Known as a person who is a ‘trouble shooter’ who can identify problems in projects and programmes he can readily produce and implement turnaround plans. He is experienced in advising boards and chief executives as well as coaching and mentoring. He assisted the largest Local Enterprise Partnership in the country in distributing grants to commercial businesses, developing skills, cultural enterprises and training organisations. Russell is also a Chartered Civil Engineer, has a diploma in Management Studies and an inventor developing and patententing a motorcycle accessory.

Chris Gill

Chris works nationally with public sector clients to help them make the most of their people property powers and places. He is recognised as a leader and influencer of people in complex multi agency environments and has worked with clients at all levels of English Local Government, LEPS and Combined Authorities including London Boroughs. A Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute he is known for his pragmatic approach and ability to deliver challenging regeneration and economic development programmes and projects in difficult partnership settings. Clients describe him as having a “rare combination of strategic vision and attention to detail”.

Dave is an Education Operations Consultant spearheading educational operations development and service delivery. He has repeated success guiding cross-functional teams in improving the financial stability, expanding resources and service delivery in a tight economy. With skilled project management in the education sector, he is conscious of time and budgetary constraints. Able to forge solid relationships with partners he has achieved demonstrable success building consensus across multiple levels. Team Building and Leadership, Site and Premises Management, Lead Accreditation School ResourceManagement Advisor, Compliance (GDPR, ESFA, HMRC, H&S) Risk Management. Offering consultancy services on School Finance and Operational Management. Dave is also accredited to support the DfE and ESFA with their School Resource Management Advisor programme.
